I have a cold and it is making today d-r-a-g on. I have to say, though, that we have been blessed this winter with good health. Most of the colds we’ve had haven’t been bad like in years past

Okay, so I started to tell you about our trip to Vermont last week . As you can see, we were literally surrounded by GREEN! This photo was taken right near the winery we visited. I bet you didn’t think there were wineries in Vermont, did you? Anyway, the most challenging part of our trip was climbing up a mountain! After a solid hour of climbing uphill, we found this beautiful lake at the top: It was so peaceful up there, and it was well worth the time and effort.
