My girls are coming around a little in their sleep schedule. Slowly but surely, I seem to be fixing it so that I get more sleep at night and they are not awake all night and sleeping all day.

It is a funny tradition in our house that each of our kids has a mascot animal. It is an animal that comes up in gifts for them.

Well we are planning for our first day of homeschool. Our curriculum isn’t in yet, but I do have plans for us until we get it in. Princess Belle is excited and I think it should be fun

Planning for homeschool
I found that I am enjoying spending time with Princess Belle in a whole new way as she gets older. I am still her mom and I can still put on my mom hat and be firm when I want to but I invite to go out with me places because it is just fun to go out and do big girl things with her.

Quiet Sunday
Our trip to the Geo Center inspired us to learn more about Inuksuit. After our little homeschool lesson on Inuksuit, she went outside to build an Inuksuk of her own! She did have to make a creative subsitute as there was a limited number of rocks, but I love it when our learning inspires her play
